Shannon grew up on job sites, learning the trade at his father's side before he was old enough to drive. He never really left. Since 1995 he's focused on what he loves most — residential, lake, and log homes throughout Campbell County and the Norris Lake area.
That upbringing shows in the work. Cox Construction is a family operation built on doing right by people: showing up when we say we will, building it the way we'd build it for our own family, and standing behind it long after the last nail is driven.
Off the clock, Shannon serves as a deacon and youth minister, as president of the Campbell County Christian Learning Center, and volunteers his hands with the Nail Benders ministry — the same care he brings to every home he builds.
